Small batches, poured and cured by the rhythms of the Andalusian seasons.

Floración

Spring — Current Lote

As the spring rains subside, the northern slopes of the finca burst into bloom. We gather the sweet, herbaceous fronds of fennel and sun-cure late-winter rosemary, blending them with local raw honey. The result is a bright, green, and restorative scent profile that captures the valley in its most vibrant state.

Recolectando

Late Summer — Next Lote

During the intense dry heat of the Andalusian summer, the Jara (Rockrose) secretes a sticky, deeply fragrant labdanum resin to protect itself from the sun. We gather this resin at its peak, blending it with bleeding pine sap and roasted cade juniper. The result is a rich, amber-toned fragrance profile where the sweet, golden warmth of the rockrose melts beautifully into the crisp pine and deep woodsmoke.

Autumn — Future Lote

As the intense summer heat breaks, the autumn harvest begins. We gather the late-season fig leaves and crush ripe carob pods, blending them with roasted cade juniper. The result is a sophisticated, woody-green fragrance profile where the sweet, milky freshness of the fig leaves perfectly balances the deep, warming aroma of the olive wood smoke.

Parada

Winter — Future Lote

The deepest months in the Serranía are defined by damp ravines and the constant scent of chimney smoke settling in the valley. We forage myrtle berries and evergreen bay leaves, blending them with heavy roasted cade juniper. The result is an elegant, enveloping fragrance profile where the crisp, aromatic lift of the bay leaves cuts through the heavy woodsmoke to create a deeply comforting winter scent.
