Shipping & Returns

Batch Fulfillment
Because we produce in small, wild-harvested batches, our shipping schedule is tied to our production runs. If you have "Committed to a Batch" that is currently curing, your order will be shipped within 48 hours of the batch completion date.

International Shipping
We currently ship across the EU, UK, and North America. Due to the botanical nature of our products, some customs delays may occur. All international orders are shipped tracked via DHL Express.

Returns
Due to the raw, perishable nature of our botanical ingredients, we cannot accept returns on opened products. If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days at hello@jararosa.com with a photograph of the packaging and we will issue a replacement from our reserve stock.
