1. General Information
These General Terms and Conditions govern the sale of products on jararosa.com. The website is operated by Warren Paull (Autónomo), NIF/NIE Y6556451-Q, located at C.Negocios Tembo, Urbanización Alhambra del Mar, Bloq A 1º9, 29602 Marbella, Málaga, Spain. By placing an order, you confirm you have read, understood, and agreed to these terms.
2. Batch Commitments & Availability
Jararosa operates on a strictly limited batch-release model. Placing an item in your cart does not guarantee reservation until payment is successfully processed. We reserve the right to cancel any order if the batch becomes over-allocated, in which case a full refund will be issued immediately.
3. Pricing and Taxes
Product prices are displayed in the currency assigned to the selected language or market (EUR, GBP, USD, JPY, CNY or AED) using fixed local price points. Prices legally include applicable Spanish Value Added Tax (IVA) where required. Shipping costs are not included in the product price and are calculated at checkout. For international orders outside the EU, the buyer is responsible for any local import duties, card issuer currency fees, and customs taxes.
4. Right of Withdrawal (Derecho de Desistimiento)
In compliance with the Spanish General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users (Real Decreto Legislativo 1/2007), EU customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods without providing any reason.
Exception (Article 103): Due to health protection and hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal does not apply to cosmetic goods, soaps, or home fragrance products if they become unsealed after delivery. To be eligible for a return, the product must remain completely sealed, unused, and in its original premium packaging. The buyer bears the direct cost of returning the goods. 5. Online Dispute Resolution

6. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Spanish law. Any disputes arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products shall be submitted to the competent courts of Málaga, Spain, provided it does not conflict with mandatory consumer protection rights.
