The Origin
In 2020, we left London for an off-grid finca in the Andalusian campo, seeking a quieter life closer to nature. Wandering these hills through the year, one of the most abiding things has always been how fragrant they are.
When you walk here, you smell the fennel, thyme, rosemary, carob... Scent connects us with memories and places like no other, offering a deep, physiological relaxation.
Jararosa was created to share this. A way to bring a little of the rugged Andalusian countryside to people all over the world, grounded in the botanicals of our finca.
